The sculpture, with a personal and experimental character, reflects on the boundaries between artistic practice and design.

Gorka Eizagirre is a visual artist and graphic designer. He graduated in Fine Arts from the University of the Basque Country in 2004. Two years later, he was invited to the Postgraduate Program in Contemporary Art Curation to conduct a workshop on exhibition space design at the Royal College of Arts in London. Notable exhibitions include A History of Irritated Material, Raven Row (London), 2010; Esaidazu egia ba/Pero dime la verdad, Sala Rekalde (Bilbao), 2006; and Cafe kunstverein, Frankfurter Kunstverein (Frankfurt), 2006. In recent years, he has focused his career on exhibition design, editorial design, graphic imagery and logos, furniture design, and typography creation.
