Yo ya no era yo, era otra, y precisamente por eso, otra vez yo [I Was No Longer I, I Was Another, and Precisely Because of That, I was I Again] is part of the ‘El otoño que tengo es lo que he perdido’ [‘The Autumn That I Have Is What I have Lost’] project, an installation made using watercolour and watercolour pencils on paper. This work seeks to express what words cannot, such as the innermost thoughts and the inexpressible. She uses drawings depicting a series of animals to create a non-linear narrative that forms an experimental account, developing the idea of past and future as time-dependent conditions.
