Her work focuses on investigating the possibilities offered by different media for generating images, exploring the relationships between still and moving images. Through the collection and accumulation of fixations, elements, and her own and archive images, she seeks to bring these together in order to decipher the meanings that emerge. Her current work takes the form, primarily, of a series of drawings and audiovisual pieces, in which she explores the construction of fictional scenes where elements – both ethereal and opaque – are interwoven through movement, undefined forms, light and dark, landscape, matter, light and dust. On the one hand, drawing emerges as a space for connecting elements that gradually dissolve through the superimposition of layers and the combination of forms. At the same time, through photography, animation and video, she explores the potential of these media in relation to projection and light as a material.
