‘Most recent call last’ es un proyecto de exposición colectiva que explora los tratamientos de las estéticas digitales a través de distintas miradas y disciplinas artísticas. Las derivas creativas de los artistas expuestos han concluido en algún punto en sólidas referencias al glitch o a la disección de los componentes visuales de la imagen digital. A la manera de los módulos Traceback utilizados en programación y que dan nombre a la muestra, cada artista se presenta a través de aquellas ‘excepciones’ que acercan su trabajo a la sublimidad del error. La exposición cuenta con obras producidas por primera vez en formato físico, en un ejercicio por vincular el archivo digital con las formas de exposición tradicionales. Durante la exposición, un dispositivo permitirá visitar desde el lugar todos los pabellones online participantes.

‘Most recent call last’ is a group exhibition project that explores the digital aesthetic treatments through different looks and artistic fields. Featured artists’ creative drifts have at some point concluded in solid references to the dissection of the visual components of the digital image or glitch. In the manner of the Traceback modules used in programming that give name to the exhibition, each artist is presented through those ‘exceptions’ that bring their work to the sublimity of error. The show features works produced for the first time for a real life exhibition, subserving this exercise to link the digital file with the traditional forms of art displaying. During the show, one device will allow the visitor to explore all the online pavilions participating in the Biennale.
